He inspected every software problem there could be and then began checking the hardware. “Sure enough, it was a hardware problem that was causing the disruption, but even though it wasn’t MedicWare’s problem, he sat down then and there, with his software programmers on the phone, and wrote a patch program that undid all the problems,” says Dr. Roman. “He spent the whole weekend at our clinic – working night and day to fix our problem. From that moment on, I knew I was working with a stellar company with the highest level of customer support I’ve ever seen.”


The Best There Is
Dr. Roman admits he’s biased towards MedicWare based on the huge improvements it has made to his practice.
